You have a purpose with horses ––perhaps you already know what it is or you are wanting to become clear on it.

You feel a desire to understand their language and how to honour them in partnership, both in your personal relationship with them and in how you partner with and serve horses and others.

You are wanting to explore and deepen your understanding of their teachings and how to interpret their language.

You want to support and empower their unique teachings and medicine in your relationship with them and how you offer their wisdom to others.

Journey of Equus is a 13 module deep immersion into the teachings and wisdom of horses and their purpose alongside us.

It is a place where we affirm why we are drawn to horses and how we feel called to lead and facilitate alongside them.

There are those of us who are called deeply by the energy and wisdom of horses.

We feel connected to their essence and a knowing that our path is meant to be walked with them.

Who is this program for?

This program was created for a couple of branches of those who are called to the teachings of horses:

• Horse owners who are wanting to understand or deepen their relationship with their horses.
• Aspiring equine practitioners who are looking for an introductory training and program that can support their vision and how they feel called to partner with horses.
• Current equine practitioners who are looking for a partnership-based approach in how to lead and facilitate with horses as an affirmation of how they are feeling called to hold this space with their horses.

This is also a really beautiful introductory space to step into our bigger programs under our Horse Medicine Leadership Academy. You get to experience our philosophy and how we teach, and feel out the program to see if it is an aligned fit before you go further.

You do not have to go beyond this program if this feels complete for you.

What is included in this program?

• Lifetime access to our course modules, audio training, videos and recordings of all previous live training calls and current training calls
• Entry into a private Facebook group
• Ability to join us for live training and teaching rounds of the material throughout the year. We will do monthly teaching calls on the material for you to deepen into the teaching. Once you enrol in the program you get access to these ongoing teaching calls

This program has depth and an expansiveness in how it is held, each time we run it live you can deepen with us and continue to learn inside of this container.

You do not need to have horses to gain entry. Our herd will be supporting the trainings in our videos, which means the benefits and value of this program can be experienced even if you do not currently own a horse or have your own facility.

Meet your guides and Facilitators:

Hillary Schneider

Hillary Schneider is the founder of Horse Medicine Leadership and Epona Rise Retreat Center.  She has spent the last 13 years dedicating herself to teaching and sharing the wisdom and medicine of horses to those that are called.  Hillary runs her own 80 acre retreat center with a herd of 27 wise equine teachers, together they lead and facilitate retreats for those that are called to the wisdom and medicine of horses.  Since 2013 Hillary has been mentorship and teaching other equine facilitators that are looking for a path that empowers and is centered around the partnership with horses and what they have to teach us.  She is deeply honored to share and teach this path with her herd of horses and grow this beautiful community of horse medicine leadership. 

Toni Wiebe

Toni Wiebe is a facilitator and guide in the horse medicine leadership training, and joined on as faculty in 2021.  

Toni started her journey with Horse Medicine Leadership In 2018, after being introduced to Hillary and the Horse Medicine Leadership Academy, and a journey of partnership with horses that has had a profound impact on me. A philosophy that provided a space for me to combine two things I was passionate about, horses and leadership, well, Firehorse Equus Coaching was born.

As a leadership coach and equine guided facilitator, Toni loves to support people in exploring the leader that they are. She believes we are all leaders, in every walk of life.  

We each have our own unique gifts and wisdom that we bring to the world. In partnership with my horses I strive to reconnect people with themselves, with nature, and with their communities, and truly become leaders in their own lives.

I’m excited to be able to support others in partnering with horses and bringing new depth and purpose in their relationship with their herd.

Toni lives in Alberta with her herd of 4 horses.  

Angela Saiev
Angela Saieva is your Ontario facilitator and guide alongside her herd of four––Dido, Kisses, Indy and Phantom. 

Her herd guided her to this work and training and has been the catalyst behind her exploration of the space of Horse Medicine Leadership. 

Angela was honoured to join the Horse Medicine Leadership faculty in 2021 and is thrilled to be offering this training at her home farm alongside Hillary and the incredible Epona Rise herd. Hillary's herd was also a massive influence in Angela's evolution into her work as an equine-facilitated guide and mentor. 

Angela is also a professional equine bodyworker and educator. She is a certified instructor of the Equi-Bow technique and has developed many of her own equine education programs, which she offers through her business, Equine Elevation.

"The journey of equus was such a grounding and expanding container, it gave me confidence and helped me find my voice in sharing the medicine of horses. It awakened my purpose and direction with horses, and opened my eyes to the passion I have to share them. Before Journey of Equus, I was a little lost and in my own way around sharing the medicine of horses, unable to share what I felt so deeply that horses could offer. Now I have my own way of sharing not only the medicine of horses, I can share my own wisdom too. I adore the way Hillary holds the container of safety and full unique expression.
